Dear Google Team! App Engine admin site (appengine.google.com) becomes very unresponsive last days.
I have to refresh up to 10 times to get one page refreshed. Server error 500 and Error 139 (net::ERR_TEMPORARILY_THROTTLED): Requests to the server have been temporarily throttled appeared. It is very harmful to the work, mainly because logs unavailability. Is this issue temporary? Could I access at least traces in some other way - say via some backend library hosted on my app instance?
