Hi everyone: Thanks again for reporting this issue. Our engineers are currently working on restoring API service - I have posted an update about this on our API Downtime List (here<https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/google-apps-apis-downtime-notify/SUsBwaQqda8>) and will make updates on that thread. However, my current estimate is that this issue will be fixed within 24 hours.
