It worked for me locally (I see the text and the image in the infoWindow). If I look at the map to which you posted the link, you are missing the GXml.value call. I had to make some other modifications to your page to get the infoWindow to appear (I changed the V1 GPoint(lng,lat) to the V2 GLatLng(lat,lng)).
