Tidy is an application/library for fixing problems with HTML markup that is depended on by a number of other projects. However, tidy hasn't been updated since about 2009 and does not provide release tarballs. There's only a CVS repo, and it seems impossible to download a tarball snapshot of a specific revision.
Their homepage is here: http://tidy.sourceforge.net/ Debian hosts a tarball for their source package, but we probably don't want to rely on that. I'm not sure how to proceed.
