Hi,
the KMLLayerMap is just an example for developers to see how to load
programatically a KML into gvSIG Mini. It's expecting to find
"/sdcard/cv-point.kml" in the device. You can change that path for a
valid KML in your device if you want to test it.
From the app itself, to load a KML you should tap the layers button at
the top of the action bar of the Layers activity, and then select "Add
vector layer from disk". It will show a dialog with the supported files
in the root of the SD card.
