I've experienced your first problem where sometimes Window-Eyes does not completely shut down and I can't reload it again because I get a message that Window-Eyes is already running. I can usually go into task maniger and manually end the wineyes.exe and bdisplay.exe processes, but sometimes when I try to end the wineyes.exe process I get an error unable to terminate process access is denied. Anyone know why that might be happening? It hasn't happened to me that often and I'm not sure how to reliably duplicate it so it's kind of a tricky thing to nail down. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate all updates and Window-Eyes 7.0 Beta 2.

The first is that when I want to unload WE, and I do it by going to the WE control panel, then hitting alt f4, then the ok button, WE doesn't seem to unload all the way. I get pop ups that say Window Eyes is already loaded, and the only way to get WE back cleanly again is to reboot. The other issue is with Outlook xp. When I am arrowing down through a list of email messages in my in box, WE reads a line repeatedly-it's almost as if the buffer is stuck, or whatever. For example, say I just read a message from John Q, blah, blah, blah.. I delete that message, and WE reads the next in the in box, but it's another from John Q. again-only it's the last one I deleted. If I down arrow a couple of times, then go back up, I can get WE to read the real next message title.. Any fixes for this stuff?
