It's called Google-Chrome. Still pretty much in cartoon form, so unless someone has inside techy knowledge a bit early to tell. It's based on Apple's Web Kit, as is Safari. VoiceOver works with Safari, but that doesn't say much about what will happen on the Windows platform.
