It can also be noted that if the serialization frameworks wanted to reference
Hadoop, which granted is the anti-goal of this exercise, they could support
"foreign" types that were serializable using Hadoop's framework. Thus Thrift
records could contain Jute records or visa versa. I haven't thought about the
ramifications of that, but it is amusing.
