From what I remember, the only way to ID the station in this case 5MV in South 
Australia and 4TI in Queensland on the same frequency is via time checks given 
if any are given at the time you are listening. Usually at the TOH or BOH you 
may hear one.

South Australia is ½ hour behind Queensland in the winter months and then First 
Sunday in Oct to First Sunday in Apr) ½ ahead due to daylight saving, 
Queensland usually did not participant in this practice when I was living there.
