I reported this a while ago, and Iustin gave an awesome explanation of the problem: http://haskell.1045720.n5.nabble.com/Network-Curl-cookie-jar-madness-td5716344.html I've since switched to http-conduit for that project but it would be nice to have curl working anyway because it requires less thinking.
