Enhance INodeAttributeProvider / AccessControlEnforcer Interface in HDFS to
support Authorization of mkdir, rm, rmdir, copy, move etc..., this should help
the implementors of the interface like Apache Ranger's HDFS Authorization
plugin to authorize and audit those command sets.
