As the Router has not been used widely, we maybe can correct this completely,
If so, Please take a look at HDFS-13226.003.patch.
Otherwise, we can use the HDFS-13226.004.patch, just a little strange for a
boolean method return a useless return value.
Please feel free for that, we can discuss more.
