Hello all! I have an antibody that has a "2" month expiration date. It is recommended that we aliquot, and freeze (-80) the antibody- per the vendor.
How do you interpret: The CAP reg pertaining to expired antibody use: ANP .22432 ??????? "Are all immunohistochemical reagents used within their indicated dates? How are other institutions managing their antibodies that require freezing.--- do you aliquot,freeze, and give the reagent an extended expiration after it has been diluted? Thanks in advance!!!
