I second Mr. Troutman's recommendation using silane slides, = but air dry overnight. Once the slides have been baked and paraffin re= moved, place the slides in citrate buffer and heat them in a closed plastic coplin jar for 12 hours at 75 degrees C. Some epitopes can be retrieved wi= th this retrieval process. It's worth a try.
