Hi Histonet, After placing slides in Bouin's for 1 hour at 56 degrees, I am finding it very difficult to remove the yellow coloring. Rinses with water are not doing the trick. Does anyone have some advice on how to bring the slides back to a clear color so that I may proceed with the Masson Trichrome procedure? Thanks! -Colin _______________________________________________ Histonet mailing list Histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.edu http://lists.utsouthwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo/histonet _______________________________________________ Histonet mailing list Histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.edu http://lists.utsouthwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo/histonet
