Hi, My respects! I wanted to do some zebrafish larvae sectioning. But some slice I made showed that the tissue inside had been broken. As to me, I thought the problem might be in dehydration time and and the razor I used. So can you please give me some advice to improve the process? In addition, I wanted to make some cross section.
