[Histonet] Manual or parts list for a Lipshaw autopsy table

I was hoping that someone could help me locate an owner's manual or parts list 
for a Lipshaw Model LM-5-A Autopsy Table.  It seems like the hydraulics are 
going out, but we need the manual to try to address the problem.
