Hi Histonetters ! Can anyone suggest how to prevent adult mouse skin sections from falling off during in situ hybridization? How to make sections adhere better to slides? I am using poly-lysine coated slides for 5-10 micron thick skin sections. The tissue is fixed in 4% PFA and embedded in paraffin. Please help ! thanks megha
