Hello out there in Histoland, If any of you out there in the clinical environment are using imaging systems to quantify IHC slides, please let me know what system you are using.
We are currently using a system that was provided through Dako, but they no longer support it. So time to consider buying a new one. It needs to have an algorithm that allows the system to distinguish between labelled and not labelled cells and the percentage of each.
