Dear Histonetters, I normally use 85/15 ratio of MMA/dibutyl phthalate (DP) in my mouse tibia and femur longitudinal sections. But for cross section of mouse femur. Do you change the ratio of MMA/DP to make block more soft or hard? It is difficulty to get good cross sections. Any expert especially from hard tissue committee, please help. I'm very much appreciated.
