For those labs who are xylene free I have two questions: 1. What mounting medium do you use when coverslipping oven dried slides? 2. How are you running down and coverslipping frozen sections after staining them? I'd like to make sure the stains are preserved over time and my experience with aqueous mounting mediums has been that they do not preserve stains well. Thank you! Brendal Finlay, HT (ASCP)
