Does anyone have a policy that they are willing to share regarding tech errors, error prevention, etc?
How do you document, retrain, write up, and terminate employees for errors? What is considered severe problems for termination, etc. I know it is up to the manager, I want to know what other lab standards are to help create a procedure.
