I have to agree with Terri. I also believe that CAP is going to be putting in regulations forbidding the use of freeze sprays in cryostats soon (at least I think I heard a rumor about this).
Anyway another useful item is liquid nitrogen if you really need a quick freeze. Dip a brush into the liquid and lightly apply to the specimen. Not always recommended as could cause artifacts.
