Your Hologic rep and/or technical specialist should be able to provide you with 
this information.  Their staining system is proprietary and Hologic is your 
best resource.

Is anyone using a xylene substitute when staining their PAPs and imaging using 
the Hologic Imagers?  If you are, can you tell me which xylene substitute you
