Thanks for confirming that.  I know all about CEEUOPT (which I hate, because it 
makes it a "link-time run-time option") and CEEOPTS DD (and PARM=).  I just 
can't see any reason why CEEROPT might not also be useful for batch.  
Specifically, I was thinking I could make a CEEROPT member with an ENVAR('...') 
option in it.  Then any batch job that steplib'd to the loadlib that had the 
CEEROPT in it would pick up this ENVAR.  But I guess not.  Oh well!
