I am using the following parameter IPMAILERNAME NSCRELAY. When I ping to this name only, this gets translated to an IP Address, which is the correct one.

It may be the correct name, but if that name does not resolve to an IP address, then it will still not work. Can you PING that name? Is the IP address that this name resolves to the correct one?
