MR is just habit for me.  If someone else is linked R/W I at least get a
link R/O - but that is for more CMS-ish stuff.  For guests, M works fine
too.

Really all you would need is:  CP LINK * cuu cuu    and let CP default the
link mode to the directory entry definition.
