Naah. Everyone knows that the old heart attack-inducing VM/SP CP PURGE RDR ALL feechur hasn't been present since VM/XA. If a class D user wants to purge all files, then an explicit PURGE SYSTEM RDR ALL is required. [You have to clean out those mental closets from time to time.
