The RSCS socket RECV function has not been notified the underlying
connection no longer exists. This is not a problem as long as
RSCS is notified the connection no longer exists when trying to
send something. In addition, when the other end comes back
and tries to establish the connection, RSCS will detect this and
handle appropriately.
