I think you're trying to teach the pig to sing here - LPR isn't intended to be a RJE utility. The right way to do this is to configure VM SMTP with an IPMAILERADDRESS entry pointing to the z/OS server and punch the file to the VM SMTP, or look into an inexpensive way to set up a NJE link.
