Sort of.  If you keep a copy of TCPIP DATA in SFS accessed ahead of the 
592 disk, you can update it on the fly.  YMMV.

NSINTERADDR statements go in TCPIP DATA; OBEYFILE and NETSTAT OBEY only 
operate on the in-memory copy of PROFILE TCPIP (or whatever the stack used 
at startup).
