It's not a CP command but if you have Performance Toolkit:
 64-bit guests are shown as  "EME" and 31-bit "ESA" in the "User Status"
column of menu item 21- User Resource Usage screen.
  EMA and ESA are shown in various other PTK screens too.

There's a PIPE interface to PTK screens.
