Thank you for the pointer to that document. I hope it deals with z/VM
security without the requirement of RACF or brand x or brand y security
product. The management of this site has not decided to purchase an
extra security product.

Maybe the z/VM 5.3 Secure Configuration Guide? This book is a companion
to the movie...I mean, the Common Criteria EAL4+ certification that nearly
complete. It's a cookbook for those who run RACF, but it can provide
concepts to those who don't.
