It was actually Cy 0 Tr 0 that I needed to fix so I just copied 0 0 1 from a good volume then relabelled the target back to what it should be. Result was just what I needed. It was just that, as I had not used TRACKREAD/TRACKWRITE before, I needed a little bit of confidence on the syntax and use before using first time on a volume in anger.
