If you get the errors during the logon of MAINT, it looks like the MDISK class is active. I have seen that before so it might very well be the default. The RPIDIRCT most likely does not generate the definitions for those. I don't see much value in having the class active; you can verify with SETROPTS LIST and disable it with SETROPTS NOCLASSACT(MDISK) -Rob
