Mike Cowlishaw, developer of the REXX language, author of several books, and IBM Fellow for quite some time, will take early retirement from IBM March 5. Not only is Mike the father of REXX, but he also issued some other work, including some Decimal number computations library - which incidentally is also used in other products, including some packages that are used by some mainframe aficionados ;)
