IBM will sell you a virtual z10. The virtualization is so good that it looks just like a real one. The price is even the same.

It is not surpiseing that when I try to ipl I get a wait state code of 9030 because it does not like the architecture level. I don't suppose there is any way of virtualizing aournd this.
