Not for much longer. The last blocks ofIPv4 addresses will be allocated to registrars in the next 4 months. The last available IPv4 addresses will be assigned within the next 2 years. If you don't have a IPv6 transition plan, you might want to start looking into it.
Still, we still have SNALINK shipped with the TCPIP stack (if unsupported), and IPGATE still isn't supported code.
