Check out Chapter 7 of the DSF book.  When IPled from SAPL, you can use 
CONS=SYSC or CONS=ccuu.  There is no support for SYSG since DSF doesn't do 
any fullscreen stuff.

ORIGIN 1000 should be fine.  The book doesn't dictate any particular 
location.
