If you still have the 7.3 code disks lieing around, I would try logging on 
the 7.5 database, drop the 7.5 code disks, link and access the 7.3 code 
disks and then try the restore. It'll fail immediately if it won't work. 
My guess is it would work though if you have the 7.3 code disks accessed 
as Q & V

Hi,

this might be a silly question: is there a way
to restore a DB2 ARCHIVE (taken with V7.3) to restore 
on a newly created DB2 V7.5 Database ?
