If that's all you see, then it is the message itself that is in error. 
That "E" should be an "I".  (Though, IMO, the CTC device driver shouldn't 
be displaying Sense ID output unless it's relevant to some other message.)

The device driver constructs that message by combining two entries from 
the TCP/IP message repository. The first part is defined with severity 
"I"; the second part severity "E".  The mechanism that builds messages in 
TCP/IP uses most recently retrieved severity code.
