May be. But I guess I have to use the remaining part of the file system to
get as much as possible. The vendor provides a warranty, but only for the
device and not for the data. And it would be very difficult for even the
vendor to get something out of a damaged physical sector. Also my statement
"the first block is damaged" is wrong. It would be first 512 blocks are
damaged.
