Hi there: Here’s another DVD question…I have a single copy of a non-commercial
and unavailable DVD that appears to be copy-protected. I want to make a copy
for myself that I can watch on both the TV and the computer just as though I’m
looking at the original, meaning including whatever chapters might exist. To do
this, I think I have to go through a conversion process…Disk Utility refuses to
make a disk image (this is why I think the disk is copy-protected). So what’s
the simplest way to do this? I’ve come across a few software packages that
claim to do this:

MakeMKV
Total Video Converter Pro for Mac
Flv Crunch for Mac
Aiseesoft MP4 Converter for Mac

Anyone here have any experience using any of these? And what else do I need to
know? (At least I’m not dealing with regions and PAL to NTSC this time!)

As always my thanks in advance!
