Thanks for your response.  Yeah, I called 4 times (and emailed 
twice) over the last week and repeatedly asked for:

A - www.domain.com - 000.000.000.000
A - domain.com - 000.000.000.000

I even had an IT guy on the line saying "yeah, we can handle that".

Must have been lost in translation...  I will try again and
update the forum.

They think you are asking then to set a reverse DNS entry (PTR) not a
host/sub-domain (A) record. You need to make shure thay know you are asking
for an (A) record.
