Been a long time since I heard of Y2K problems. I did see a free update to
V4.07 on the Ipswitch web site. Might help, here is the URL:

Other V4.06 patches there (Web MSG), too. Probably best if you apply those,
too. KB mentions a V4.08 and some other Y2K fixes.
You can upgrade to current version for the cost of a Service Agreement,
US$445.00.
