[IMail Forum] FLAGS values in an external database

I have been screwing around with the FLAGS value for an external database and can't seem to figure out how they work. I am trying to set up a user with web access who can't change their password and it doesn't seem to be working. Once i have set the flags values, i log in and then cannot see my mail. The value that I am enetering in the database is:   2 + 4 + 128 =  134   Am I doing this correctly?
