=> That's not correct. The mobile gets a /64. The 3GPP
network should use that /64 to identify the mobile
(I don't know if that contribution was eventually
adopted or not). The mobile can then advertise that /64
to the laptop or other devices behind it. The mobile 
can then act as a router. The 3GPP network has no idea
if the mobile is using 3041 addresses or another device 
behind it is using those addresses. This was one of the main
reasons for pushing for the /64 delegation.
