There are many other undefined/bad addresses. It is not sensible to
hard code "bogon-filters" to the stack implementations!

Let the stack do whaever it's normal processing logic does, and lets
not make ip4 compatible a special case that must be implemented. (I
currently do nothing specieal with them now either).
