I think the problems, though overlapping, are completely different in magnitude. The problem with IPv4 source routing is not AS SEVERE as the problem with RH0. The main issue I have with RH0 is the NUMBER OF ADDRESSES that can occur in the header, rather than the concept itself. I don't think there is a valid use case for this number of addresses as allowed for in RH0.
