Now here's someone I have to deal with aggressively: the likes of Russ Edmunds. He repeats the e-mail address for the gentleman in Abbeville who owns a station, and who intends (ultimately) to apply for a 770 kHz, 50-kW ND-U CP in a few months after he gets his 27-W transmitter for WABV-1590 night operation.
However, Mr. Russ Edmunds doesn't want me to publish his e-mail address. Is that correct.? What am I to do with the likes of Mr. Edmunds? Let there be a democratic vote!
